The Embroidery Billboard Gold Club Designs are emailed by attachment in the format you choose within 24 hours.
If you choose the yearly option the designs for upcoming months in 2012 will arrive in the format you prefer on the first day of every month by email attachment. Please check your spam or junk email box as sometimes the designs zip ends up there.
